Working in a multinational environment – inter-cultural workshop

The requirements of our daily working environment are changing due to the increasing influence of globalisation. Today, working with multinational teams and an international student body is a daily occurrence for university staff. However, these kinds of encounters are not free from conflicts and often prove difficult.
In this workshop, you will find out why such conflicts result. As a participant, you will benefit both from your colleagues' experiences and the input of your trainers. Conflict situations and possible solutions as well as models of dealing with other cultures are developed together and in a targeted way.
