Studying in a multinational environment – inter-cultural workshop
For students at TU Darmstadt in the ISO buddy programme 1-day course
You work as a buddy of ISO and regularly talk to students from different cultures. The requirements of degree studies today are changing due to the increasing influences of globalisation. Today, working with multinational teams and an international student body is part of everyday life at a university. However, these kinds of encounters are not free from conflicts and often prove difficult.
In this workshop, you will get to know the kind of conflicts that could result. As a participant, you will benefit both from your fellow students' experiences and the input of your trainers. Conflict situations and possible solutions as well as models of dealing with other cultures are developed together and in a targeted way.
